Strength Training: How to get a Sexy Flat StomachOk, so I'm going to vent a little here about the mentality that some people have regarding accomplishing their goal of a flat stomach. I'm actually really amazed that so many people are looking for the magic pill or the secret exercise to accomplish this goal. I'm here to tell you to stop. Stop looking for the "magic pill" to a flat stomach and start doing what works. If I hear another question regarding the magic secret to getting abs I think I'll vomit. First let me highlight what doesn't work. The reason for this is because often, people are so brainwashed about things, that when you tell them something good they still bring up the same old b.s. about what they have been told by someone trying to sell something. The following things will not, I repeat will not work. Important point; diet pills, extreme diets, doing lots and lots of cardiovascular training, and doing lots of stomach exercises. Great, so now I have told you all these things don't work... Thanks a lot right? So what really does the trick? Good question. It is really simple. I'm going to give you the answer in one sentence. Then, I'm going to be quiet. I want you to read it out loud twice and hope it sinks in. Here it is and you can quote me on this. To get and keep a flat stomach, you must;
Trust me. It really is that simple. If you neglect any one of these three factors, it will be virtually impossible for you to achieve this coveted goal.
