Cardiovascular Training: It is crucial to know your why...

Do you want to accomplish your goals? Do you really want to? Or are you just wishing? Come on, don't B.S. me.

I hate it when people say they want something but they don't do what it takes. It's called being a flake. It's called being wishy-washy. It's called soft. And it's called fake...

I'm going to let you in on a litte secret... If you don't know you're why, then you will fail every time. If your why isn't strong then you will fail. And if you forget your why, for even a short period of time you may still fail.

Most people have two reasons for doing something. They have the reason that sounds good, and they have the reason that is real. Now, don't get me wrong, you don't have to tell everyone the real why you are doing something. It is ok to tell them the reason that sounds good. However, you must know the real reason and have this in your head at all times. Again, you must know the real reason and have this in mind at all times... Did you get that?

Once you have your why, this is your motivation. However, your motivation will dwindle as your goal becomes harder and harder. You need to learn to feed your motivation by surrounding yourself with people and things that encourage you. And you need to do this a little every day to keep your hope alive.

Another thing you need to watch out for is other people. Remember, don't share your dreams or goal with someone who is going to put you down because they will drag you down. It's like argueing with a fool. They will bring you down to their level and then they will beat you at their own game... Only allow positive people to hear about your passions and goals.

Finally, be realistic with your goals. Aim high, but if you are aiming high, it is crucial to understand that you are aiming very high. Set goals you can atchieve and then give yourself credit. This is one thing that I have learned and it has been a heavy lesson. Make sure that your goals are realistic and give yourself credit for all your accomplishments.

Once you do these things, remember to never give up. Time is the only issue in your success and failure only exists when you throw in the towel and give up. Don't do it.

Failure is not an option. As soon as you give up, you have failed. If you never give up, you will never fail.

However, If you give up, failure is the only option...
