Nutrition: What is the best nutritional program?

Hey, I hear this question all the time. People come up to me and ask me what diet they should go on to get results. They bring up cutting carbs, eating celery for every meal, cutting out meat, cutting out carbs, cutting out fat, etc.

I had one guy ask me this and I asked him "Is this something you could do for the rest of your life?". He was caught offguard because he wanted the "secret". Here is the real secret; If you can't do it for the rest of your life, don't do it at all. You will just lose your results as soon as you get off your diet...
